The Glee Season 2 Episode 3: Grilled Cheesus is set to air on Tuesday, October 5, 2010. The episode will feature cover versions of R.E.M.'s "Losing My Religion", Joan Osborne's "One of Us", Whitney Houston's "I Look to You", Billy Joel's "Only the Good Die Young", Simon & Garfunkel's "Bridge over Troubled Water", The Beatles' "I Want to Hold Your Hand", and "Papa, Can You Hear Me?" as performed by Barbra Streisand in the musical film Yentl. It is also reported that they will feature a yet-unknown Aretha Franklin song.
Episode Synopsis:
Finn has an existential crisis upon believing to have seen the face of Jesus in a grilled cheese sandwich. Meanwhile, Kurt also faces a crisis of his own, which results in Mercedes taking him to her church. Additionally, Burt Hummel will have an accident which will put him in a life-and-death situation. An eight-year old Kurt will appear in a series of flashback scenes at his mother's funeral.
