And to celebrate this season, the world’s favorite Glee Club will air its Halloween special by portraying the one of the world’s most popular horror comedy stage musical, The Rocky Horror Show. The Rocky Horror Show is a long-running British musical which started way back in 1973 in London. The musical was Richard O'Brien, and developed by O'Brien in collaboration with Australian theater director Jim Sharman. It was also adapted into a film in 1975 which entitled the The Rocky Horror Picture Show.

The Glee Season 2 Episode 5 will feature 7 songs popularized by The Rocky Horror Show musical. These are: "Science Fiction/Double Feature", "Dammit Janet", "Hot Patootie", "Sweet Transvestite", "Touch-a, Touch-a, Touch-a, Touch Me", "Over at the Frankenstein Place" and "The Time Warp". Synopsis:

Will decides to have the glee club perform “The Rocky Horror Show” for the annual school musical after learning of Emma’s newfound love for the cult classic. Despite Sue’s usual scheming, the members of New Directions inject their distinctive style to such timeless tracks as “The Time Warp” and “Damn It, Janet.”
